Pricing
Scale brand output without scaling brand drift.
Brandhorse plans are priced around the complexity of the system you need governed — workspaces, channels, workflows, seats, and approved assets — not AI tokens, word counts, or raw generation volume.
Every plan includes AI generation, governance rails, evidence-backed approvals, and a direct path from strategy to approved brand assets.
Built on the R.A.C.E.S.™ method: Research → Articulation → Creation → Execution → Scaling.
What determines your plan?
Brandhorse prices the governed system, not the raw amount of AI content your team drafts.
Workspaces
Each governed brand environment with its own truth set, rules, evidence, briefs, assets, and lineage.
Channels
The surfaces Brandhorse actively governs — LinkedIn, email, landing pages, ads, blog, sales collateral, lifecycle content, and more.
Workflows
The governed production paths your team runs — brief creation, content production, campaign planning, approval routing, evidence capture, reporting, and review.
Governed assets
Approved deliverables that move through Brandhorse governance. Drafts, iterations, and variants are included.
You pay when governance is applied — not when your team drafts, explores, or iterates.
Every plan includes the core Brandhorse governance layer.
Lower tiers aren't stripped-down toys. The governance backbone is the same across the whole catalog — what scales is breadth and depth, not capability.

A governed asset is one approved deliverable that moves through Brandhorse — a LinkedIn post, email, landing page, ad concept, carousel, campaign brief, sales asset, or approved brand rule.
Drafts, rewrites, internal notes, explorations, and variants are included. You only pay when governance is applied and the asset moves into an approved state. Each approved asset counts once. Re-approvals after edits do not count again.
Counts as one governed asset
- •Approved LinkedIn post
- •Approved email
- •Approved landing page section
- •Approved campaign brief
- •Approved ad concept
- •Approved carousel
- •Approved sales one-pager
Does not count
- •Draft explorations
- •AI generations before approval
- •Internal comments
- •Revisions before approval
- •Minor edits after approval

What these terms mean
Workspace
A workspace is one governed brand environment with its own truth set, evidence library, rules, briefs, assets, channels, and approval logic. One company brand usually equals one workspace. An agency managing three client brands usually needs three workspaces.
Governed asset
A governed asset is one approved deliverable inside Brandhorse — a post, email, carousel, landing page, ad concept, brief, or brand rule. Drafts and iterations are included.
Governed channel
A channel is a distribution surface or asset class with its own governance rules, templates, and approval logic — for example LinkedIn posts, email sequences, Meta ads, landing pages, sales collateral, or blog content.
Workflow
A workflow is a governed production path with its own inputs, review rules, approvals, and outputs — for example brief creation, content production, campaign planning, evidence capture, or performance review.
Advanced controls
Advanced controls include role-based permissions, approval routing, audit trails, required evidence fields, version history, admin reporting, and API policy controls.
Org-level governance
Org-level governance means Brandhorse can operate across multiple teams, workspaces, and production lanes with centralized controls, inherited rules, reporting, and approval enforcement.
What determines your price?
Pricing scales with the complexity of the brand system you need governed — not with vanity usage metrics.
The biggest driver
Number of channels governed
The more channels Brandhorse actively governs, the more rules, templates, approval paths, and failure points it replaces.
Examples:
- • Operator: LinkedIn + email + website + Instagram
- • Starter: adds ads, newsletter, sales collateral, X/Threads
- • Growth: adds Meta ads, landing pages, blog, founder POV
- • Scale: full channel catalog across PR, podcast, lifecycle, internal docs, and more
Why it matters: Each channel adds constraints. Brandhorse keeps those constraints from turning into drift.
Rules vs. enforcement
Depth of governance
Some teams want guidance. Others need hard enforcement before anything ships.
Examples:
- • Soft guardrails only → lower tiers
- • Mandatory checks before publish → mid tiers
- • Auto-enforced rules across all assets → Growth / Scale
Why it matters: This is the difference between "help us think better" and "make it impossible to ship the wrong thing."
Where Brandhorse shows up
Workflow coverage
Brandhorse can govern just creation, or the full lifecycle from evidence to briefs to assets to campaigns.
Examples:
- • Operator: truth management, brief creation, one production lane
- • Starter: campaign planning, social distribution, asset tracking
- • Growth: email/CRM, web content governance, performance review
- • Scale: ad production, evidence capture, multi-team approval routing
Why it matters: More stages covered means fewer repeated decisions and less downstream cleanup.
Not all mistakes cost the same
Team structure and risk profile
Pricing reflects team size, brand risk, regulatory pressure, and the cost of shipping inconsistent or unsupported claims.
Examples:
- • Solo operator, one brand → Operator
- • Small team, two workspaces → Starter
- • Multi-team org or high visibility brand → Growth or Scale
Why it matters: If one bad asset creates downstream chaos, Brandhorse is doing real risk prevention.
What does not affect pricing
To be explicit, Brandhorse does not price around:
- Word count
- AI tokens
- Storage limits
- Power-user penalties
- Draft generation volume
Brandhorse prices the governed system — not the people inside it, not the words they draft, and not the AI calls they make.
Fair-use limits apply to draft generation to protect system quality, but draft exploration is not the billing unit.
Where Brandhorse fits
Brandhorse does not replace your CMS, social scheduler, CRM, DAM, or project management tool. It governs the brand decisions those tools execute.
Your team can keep its production tools. Brandhorse becomes the governance layer that keeps those tools aligned.
Frequently asked questions
Is Brandhorse right for you?
Brandhorse is a strong fit if:
- You are tired of re-explaining brand decisions.
- Your team ships fast and consistency is starting to break.
- Governance exists, but only in theory.
- Brand review is manual, slow, or political.
- Strategy and execution feel disconnected.
- You need AI output to follow evidence, rules, and approved claims.
Brandhorse may be overkill if your brand lives in one doc, one channel, and one person's head.
But if your brand lives across teams, channels, campaigns, agencies, and AI tools, Brandhorse becomes infrastructure.
Ready to govern brand output before it drifts?
