Diagnose your brand system in 5–10 minutes.
Most teams don’t lack creativity—they lack a system that keeps strategy aligned with execution. This diagnostic maps every phase of R.A.C.E.S. so you know exactly where to focus next.
Research
Customer evidence, market truths, and segmentation clarity.
Articulation
Positioning, messaging hierarchy, and internal alignment.
Creation
Templates, briefs, and creative systems that keep assets on-rails.
Execution
Campaign velocity, approvals, and how strategy survives production.
Scaling
Learning loops, performance tracking, and OS readiness.
This diagnostic evaluates the health of your brand system across every R.A.C.E.S. layer. Skipping a layer is exactly where brands start to drift.
How the diagnostic works
The diagnostic walks through every R.A.C.E.S.™ phase — research, articulation, creation, execution, and scaling — and asks short scenario-based questions about how your team currently operates. There are no trick questions and no scoring of taste. We're measuring system maturity, not creative quality, so the diagnostic is equally useful for early-stage founders and 200-person growth teams.
Most teams finish in eight to twelve minutes. Your answers produce a per-phase maturity score, a written interpretation of where the system compounds and where it leaks, and a routed recommendation for the next step — usually one of: install the methodology workbook, run a specific R.A.C.E.S.™ phase repair, or apply for full Brandhorse OS access. We send a permanent results link to the email you provide so you can come back to your diagnostic, share it internally, or compare against a future re-test.
Your responses stay private. We use them only to generate your routed plan and to improve the diagnostic itself. Aggregate trends inform our published research; nothing about your specific company is ever shared without explicit permission.
System problems—not idea problems.
Messaging drifts because every launch restarts from scratch.
AI outputs don’t match the brand because prompts aren’t grounded in strategy.
Approvals get bogged down debating positioning, not reviewing creative.
Playbooks live in slides; execution teams make up their own versions.
Strategy never survives the edit bay, so results are impossible to attribute.
